New Study on Vegetarian Diet.

I must admit that every time when I come across a new study that proves the benefits of vegetarian diet, I get very excited. Today Reuters published an article on the new study that showed the benefits of low-carb, low-fat, plant protein diet. Hope it will inspire many to make a better choice for our own health, for our animal friends and the planet:).
